By Dorelle Thompson, Accredited Practising Dietitian · 12 September 2024

Fruit kebabs are great for a kids' party, an afternoon snack or a light dessert. Use whatever fruit you have on hand — a wider variety of colours means a wider range of fruits on the plate.
Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced into chunks
- 1 cup grapes
- 1 cup blueberries
- Wooden skewers
Greek Yoghurt Dip:
- 1 cup plain Greek yoghurt
- 1/2 – 1 tablespoon sugar, honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method
- Thread the strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, grapes, and blueberries onto wooden skewers in a colourful pattern.
- In a small bowl, mix Greek yoghurt, sugar, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Serve the fruit kebabs with the yoghurt dip on the side.
