Fruit Kebabs with Greek Yoghurt Dip

Fruit kebabs are great for a kids' party, an afternoon snack or a light dessert. Use whatever fruit you have on hand — a wider variety of colours means a wider range of fruits on the plate.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced into chunks
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • Wooden skewers

Greek Yoghurt Dip:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 – 1 tablespoon sugar, honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method

  1. Thread the strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, grapes, and blueberries onto wooden skewers in a colourful pattern.
  2. In a small bowl, mix Greek yoghurt, sugar, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Serve the fruit kebabs with the yoghurt dip on the side.
