No. You can book directly. If your GP has given you a Medicare chronic disease management plan, you may be eligible for a rebate — that does require a GP referral.
No. Bring them if you have them, ideally from the last 6 to 12 months, along with a list of medications and supplements. If you have none of that, we work with what you bring.
No. We do not use restrictive dieting or rigid food rules. We focus on understanding what is happening in your body and building changes that fit your life.
Yes. Nutrition support sits alongside your medical care, never instead of it. We do not change or advise on your medications.
Yes. Telehealth consultations are available across Australia, and you can switch between online and in-clinic appointments at Fortitude Valley.
It varies. Many people have an initial consultation plus two to four reviews over the first three to six months. You decide the pace.
