You leave with a plan and a first review booked, usually two to four weeks later while changes are new.

Reviews are where the plan gets adjusted to what actually happened: what worked, what did not fit your week, and what your results are doing.
What happens next
Reviews usually move to every four to eight weeks as things settle, then further apart again. You decide the pace, and you can stop at any point.
A worked example
A common first twelve weeks is one initial consultation plus three reviews — $510 before any rebates. This is an example of how appointments often fall, not a quote or a package, and your own schedule may be shorter or longer.

Rebates
There are three main pathways. Rebate amounts and eligibility rules change, so we link to the current source rather than printing figures that may be out of date. We are happy to check your eligibility with you when you book.

Rebate amounts are set by Medicare and by individual health funds, and they change from time to time. Please confirm current figures with Services Australia or your fund.

Cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule; later cancellations and missed appointments incur an $80 fee.
