Meet Dorelle

Dorelle Thompson is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and qualified nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science from QUT and a Master of Public Health (Health Promotion).

She has been a member of Dietitians Australia since 1997 and has worked across hospital, community, and private practice settings.

Today she runs Wellness Nutrition Solutions from Fortitude Valley in Brisbane and supports clients across Australia via Telehealth.

Her approach is non-diet, evidence-informed, and deeply personalised. She doesn't hand out meal plans. She helps you understand your body, then build habits that fit your real life.
