My health for life Groups
Enrolments are now open!
New groups for My health life program start in June. My health for life is a fabulous and FREE lifestyle and wellbeing program to help keep you healthy. My health for life began in 2017, and 14,000 people have since joined, with 3 out of 4 people saying they would recommend the program to friends and family. The program has had a revamp with several changes being made, including a new Wellbeing book and Workbook. The program is funded by the QLD Government and is not means-tested.
Your lifestyle and health risks determine eligibility. Health risks that make you eligible include, family history of diabetes, excess abdominal weight, low levels of physical activity and intakes of fruit and veg, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
FAQ: Can I do the program again – YES, if your health check says you are eligible you can participate in the program more than once.

My health for life – February group dates and times:
- Saturday group, starting June 19, 10.00 am-12.00 pm, at Bowen Hills, or
- Thursday Group, starting June 24, 9.30 am – 11.30 am Toowong , or
- Tuesday group, starting June 22, 5.30 pm – 7.30 pm, Bowen Hills.
- Monday July 19, 9.00 am -11.30am, or 5.30pm – 7.30 pm, Bowen Hills.
